What this site collects
Simandro collects only what is submitted through the assessment form: a name, an email address, the name and website of a community, the type of community, and any message added. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
Why it is collected
To review the community's current digital presence before a conversation, and to reply. It is not used for anything else.
Where it is stored
Submissions are sent by email to [email protected] and stored in a database used only by Simandro. They are not sold, shared or passed to any third party for marketing.
Analytics
This site uses analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. This measures pages, not people, and is not used to identify individual visitors.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept as long as there is an active conversation or relationship, and removed on request.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered within thirty days.
